What is MSTIDE?
MSTIDE (MS Training for Impaired Driving Enforcement) is a unit within the Oxford, MS Police Department that offers free, on-site/local DUI enforcement training throughout the state.
We offer training in the following areas:
Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST)
Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement
SFST Instructor Development
Drug Recognition Expert Training (DRE)
DRE Instructor Development
We also work in conjunction with the MS Attorney Generals Office to train with Judges and Prosecutors on the prosecution of DUI cases.
