Sarah-Jane serves as the Training Coordinator for MSTIDE and is responsible for planning and conducting training throughout the state. She comes to us from Bay St. Louis Police Department where she served in their DUI Unit. She is also a Drug Recognition Expert.
Sarah-Jane Rowley is a deputy attached to the DUI Division at the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office in south Mississippi. She has been in law enforcement since December of 2020 and developed a passion and interest in DUI during the police academy in January of 2021. She has since received certifications in SFST, ARIDE, and DRE. She’s had the honor of teaching several DUI related classes for the Hancock Youth Leadership Academy as well as the Hancock Resource Center.
